The Services

Foundlio designs, builds, deploys, and hosts websites for local service businesses, and provides tools to manage them. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Billing & cancellation

• First charge. Setup is $0. Your first monthly subscription is charged at checkout.
• No minimum term. Plans are month to month. There is no minimum commitment and no long-term contract.
• Recurring billing. Your plan renews monthly at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless required by law. Your domain and site files remain yours.
• Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

Your content & domain

You retain ownership of the content you provide and of your domain name. You grant us the rights needed to build, host, and operate your website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you give us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purposes, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (for example, payment, hosting, and analytics providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or lead volumes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundlio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, we can help you export your site files and domain.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
