Spec sheet

Every line item,
and what it costs.

No “contact us for details”. This is the whole list, the tier each line starts at, and the four things I deliberately don’t do.

What every plan includes

Four things are true at $99 and stay true at $399.

01

A real multi-page site, not a one-page template

Home, services, service areas, about, contact — each one written for your trade and your town. The same generator that produced every demo on this site produces yours.

02

The phone number is the point

Click-to-call on mobile, a contact form, and a callback request. A dedicated tracking number tells you which visits turned into actual calls.

03

Hosting, SSL and uptime are mine to worry about

Domain, certificate, and infrastructure are set up and maintained. Nothing to renew, no second vendor to chase when something breaks.

04

Changes are unlimited and go through a person

New services, new hours, new team photos — send them over and they get made. There is no editor to learn and no per-change fee.

The table

21 line items. Three prices.

Each tier is cumulative — Growth is everything above it plus its own row set. $0 setup on all three.

In plain English

What each of those actually does for you.

Grouped by the job it does rather than by tier. The chip shows the cheapest plan it starts on.

01

The website itself

The thing that exists at the end, and the plumbing under it.
Site

Professional multi-page website

Home, services, service areas, about and contact as separate pages — not one long scroller. Each service page can be found on its own.

Site

Custom domain + hosting + SSL

Your own .com, the server it lives on, and the padlock in the address bar. Registered in your name and renewed without you thinking about it.

Managed+

Logo design or optimization

No logo and you get one. Existing logo and it gets cleaned up and exported at the sizes the site and your Google listing need.

02

Getting found

Everything aimed at showing up when someone searches your town.
Site

Basic on-page SEO

Titles, headings, descriptions and structured data set up the way Google expects, so your pages can be indexed properly from day one.

Managed+

Advanced + local SEO

Service-area pages, local business markup and internal linking aimed at the "near me" searches in the towns you actually cover.

Managed+

Google Business Profile setup

The panel that appears beside Google results. Categories, service areas, hours and photos filled in properly and pointed at your site.

Growth+

Ongoing local SEO management

Not a one-time setup. Listings, rankings and page content get reviewed every month and adjusted as your market moves.

03

Turning visits into calls

A visit that does not become a phone call was wasted.
Site

Contact form + click-to-call

On a phone your number is one tap. On a desktop it is a short form. Both land in your inbox.

Site

Callback request form

For people who do not want to talk right now. They leave a number, you ring back when you are off the ladder.

Site

Call tracking number + analytics

A separate number that forwards straight to your phone, so you can see which calls actually came from the website instead of guessing.

Growth+

Call recording + AI summaries

Calls are recorded and written up, so you can see what a caller wanted without replaying the conversation.

04

Keeping it alive

The ongoing work — the part a one-off build never gives you.
Managed+

Monthly content updates

Send changes as they happen — new services, new hours, new prices — and they get made for you rather than queued behind a quote.

Managed+

Automated review requests

A message goes out after a job asking for a review, so collecting them stops depending on you remembering to ask.

Growth+

Review generation system

The whole loop rather than a single ask — timing, follow-ups, and keeping a steady flow of recent reviews coming in.

Growth+

Content refresh + social posts

New material for the site and your social accounts each month, so the page is not frozen on the day it launched.

Growth+

Same-day priority support

Your requests move to the front of the queue. If something is wrong or urgent, it gets handled that day.

05

Also included

Everything else on your plan.
Site

Managed+

Priority replies — your messages go first

What this is not

Four things I don’t do, so you don’t find out later.

I don’t run your ads

No Google Ads or Local Services Ads management on any plan. If you want paid traffic, you or a specialist runs it — the site is built to receive it.

I don’t promise rankings

The site is structured for local search and the Google Business Profile work is real. Nobody can guarantee a position, and anyone who does is selling something.

I don’t build custom software

No booking engines, customer portals, or e-commerce. This is a marketing site that makes the phone ring, and it is honest about that.

I don’t own your leads

Calls and form submissions go straight to you. The domain is registered in your name. Leaving means taking the files, not renegotiating.
